Elder Beltrace

Elder Beltrace is part of the second highest tier of elders, which ranges from Junior Elder to Senior Elder. He's right in the middle of the ranks and has a good head on his shoulders. The extensive research that he has done has allowed him to predict short-term outcomes based on normal patterns of people. While he's not interested in having a partner or getting close with people, he does have a brother and a sister which he may meet with every few years. Beltrace absolutely despises defiance among the elders. It became necessary for him to intervene when he caught word of Phordr, an Archmage Elder, who was meddling in personal affairs. This is part of one of the forbidden sins of the elders so Beltrace set out. Not only was Phordr carrying out one of these sins, but Phordr was being defiant and trying to justify the action. When Phordr attempted a death spell on Beltrace that was the last straw. Beltrace would sentence Phordr to death by Dread Harpy. Elder Beltrace has dreams of ridding the elders of all people like Phordr, who would abuse their powers and as well turn the tides of the battle against Evil.
